Fulfillment:

The expected time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Processing Time, and Shipping Time.

Processing Time:

During this step, we select your items and do a final quality control before packaging your selected items for shipping. Our normal processing time is 2-4 days. During high volume sale periods, this may take slightly longer and result in up to, but never more than 10 business days of processing time. We are a small team and greatly appreciate your patience! You will receive a secondary email from us once your order is finished processing. Shipments are scanned into a shipping facility within 24 hours of this email.

Shipping time:

Our products usually arrive at their destination between 2 – 10 days after processing, but can take longer from time to time.

Under normal circumstances:
Canadian domestic shipments: 2 – 6 business days.
American shipments: 4 – 7 business days.
International shipments: 6 – 10 business days.

We ship to most countries worldwide for $10 USD or less. Shipping options and fees are automatically calculated once you enter your shipping address. Higher costs apply to remote or hard to serve areas, and for express shipping options. If no shipping rate is offered when you input your shipping address, we do not offer shipping to you at this time. Please contact us and we will try our best to assist you further.

Depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, your tracking email may come from: USPS, Canada Post, Purolator, DHL, or UPS. These emails are automated from our courier partners rather than our own domain, and are sometimes filtered into the junk folder by email servers. If you do not see an email with your tracking number after receiving a “your order is finished processing” email, please contact us for more help using our contact us form, or by emailing hello@gambit-worldwide.com

US orders are duty free. Our products are all proudly Canadian made and currently exempt from US tariff fees for all orders under $800 USD. We will update this section if there are changes to the trade policy. Please note that this only applies to shipments going to the United States. Customs fees may apply to other international shipments, and if applicable, are to be paid by recipient at time of delivery.
